About Project
The design and architecture of the green building concept mixed use project developed by İŞ GYO, was done by SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP) and Dizayn Grup. The project is located on a 65,680 m² property in the Tuzla district of Istanbul and includes the İşbankası Technology, Operation and Trade Center, training and lodgings building, a mall, offices, a city hotel and residences with a construction area of 300,000 m².
