Built on a property measuring 82,000 m\u00b2, Piyalepa\u015fa Istanbul was designed with mostly Seljuk and Ottoman architecture inspiration. Aiming to create a difference with an environmental approach, this project will be one of the first in the World and Turkey to have a \u201cLeed Neighborhood Development\u201d certificate.
